Privacy Policy

Information you choose to share

You can browse our project gallery without creating an account. For direct inquiries to StoneLux, the Email and Call buttons open your email or phone application; clicking them does not send us a message by itself. The third-party Roomvo visualizer is described separately below.

If you contact us, we receive the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, project location, message, and any photos, drawings, or other project details you send. We use that information to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and prepare requested estimates or services.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, or payment-card details in an ordinary email.

Website traffic and cookies

Our website hosting and security providers may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and the time of a visit, to deliver and protect the site. These services and the Roomvo integration may use cookies or similar browser technologies. Roomvo's script loads automatically on our home page, so technical information may be sent to Roomvo before you open or interact with the visualizer.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect access to the site.

Roomvo visualizer

Roomvo is provided by Leap Tools Inc. Its privacy policy describes collection of device and connection information, usage activity, and cookies. If you choose to use features that upload room photos or provide room names, dimensions, product selections, or preferences, that information is handled by Roomvo. Roomvo describes using information to provide and customize its service, analyze usage, and improve its features.

Uploading your own room photo is optional. Avoid including people, addresses, documents, or other sensitive details in images you upload. Review Roomvo’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for its information use, sharing, retention, and uploaded-content terms before submitting anything. Roomvo privacy questions can be sent to privacy@roomvo.com.

Service providers and disclosures

Website hosting, security, email, and telephone providers process information needed to deliver those services. Communications sent through your email or phone application are also subject to the practices of your provider.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or in response to a valid legal process.

Your choices and privacy requests

You decide what information to include when contacting us. To ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or exercise a privacy right that applies to you, email ryan@stonelux.homes or call 210-373-6642. Please describe your request without including unnecessary sensitive information.

Depending on the law that applies, your rights may include access to or a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion, and opting out of certain uses. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some requests may be limited by applicable law or recordkeeping obligations. If you disagree with our response, you can contact us using the same details and ask us to review it.
